In addition, the water heater, septic tank and garage door opener are also covered. The heating and cooling systems can also be included for an additional nominal fee.
The buyer has coverage on all the items listed, and heating and cooling is included for no extra fee. The seller or buyer simply calls the toll-free 800 number listed on the warranty to request service on a covered item. This service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If the call constitutes an emergency, a service technician may be dispatched immediately regardless of the time of day or night.
