- Q: If I begin working with Buy Sell Cash but decide I do not like the program, can I opt out?
- A: If your experience is not 100% satisfactory—for any reason—you may either opt out of the program
(this option expires upon the signing of a contract for the purchase or sale of your home), or request to be matched with another approved Real Estate Broker. We are available to assist you at any time throughout the process.
- Q: If I am already working with a real estate agent, may I still use your services?
- A: If you have not signed a contract to work with a real estate agent, then you are free to come to our network and we will help you find a new agent immediately. If you are currently under contract with a real estate agent, you are not eligible to use our referral program. In any event, once your current contract expires, please do not hesitate to contact us so we may be of assistance.
- Q: How can I apply for a mortgage through your site?
- A: It is very simple—all you have to do is take a moment to fill out our confidential and very brief pre-approval form. This information will transfer automatically to your loan application. Your loan officer will then contact you to discuss the various loan programs available and help you select the very best one to suit your needs.
- Q: When will I be contacted by a real estate agent?
- A: Once you submit your request, a Buy Sell Cash representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your specific needs and match you with an experienced real estate agent within our network. The agent we refer you to will contact you within 24 hours. If this agent does not contact you within this time frame, please inform us immediately, and we will contact the agent on your behalf.
- Q: How is my rebate calculated?
- A: Your rebate is based on a 6% commission, split 50/50 between the buying and selling agents; the “referral fee” is taken out of this 6%. As commissions vary between areas, companies and agents, be sure to verify with your real estate agent what the commission percentage is on your transaction, as this will affect the amount of your rebate. Rebates are not available in all states. See program disclosures below for more information.
- Q: How much will my cash back rebate be, and when will I receive it?
- A: Your cash back rebate will equal the amount that is calculated on the rebate schedule. Once you close on the purchase or sale of your home with an approved REALTOR®/Broker, please send us a copy of your HUD-1 statement (which you will receive at closing, as required by law) to:
